• We recommend that you back up important data before handing over any device.

We keep your contact and service records for as long as necessary to support our 7-day guarantee, respond to follow-up requests, and meet Indian bookkeeping and tax obligations. As a general guide:

• Active ticket and contact records are retained while your service is in progress and for follow-up support.
• Completed service records are typically retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law or for warranty purposes.
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 8).

6. Sharing and third parties

We share your information only when necessary to complete the service you requested:

• With the assigned technician or service partner who will perform the repair or visit.
• With spare-part suppliers only to the extent needed to source compatible components.
